The Borodyansky village council supported the adoption of a number of important decisions that removed bureaucratic obstacles to the active process of rebuilding the village. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv RMA Ruslan Kravchenko, according to UNN.
"I am grateful to the entire deputy corps of the Borodyanka village council, who supported the adoption of a number of important decisions that removed bureaucratic obstacles to a more active reconstruction process. You have set an example of how to unite when it comes to the interests of Borodyanka residents and the entire Kyiv region. As part of the pilot project, Kyiv RSA will provide reconstruction of 58 objects out of 78 included in the comprehensive recovery plan. These are residential buildings, social facilities, and the construction of a new radiation shelter," Kravchenko said.
He noted that the village council had made such decisions:
Kyiv-based RSA has been assigned the functions of a customer for the restoration of facilities;
a superficies agreement, which provides for the right to use certain land plots for the construction of destroyed buildings;
start-up co-financing for the restoration of facilities for which Kyiv RSA is the customer, which will allow us to work with documents and physically perform work at the facilities from the beginning of the year.
"Projects have already been developed and tenders announced for most of the facilities to be restored in 2025-2026. For the rest, organizational work will begin in the first quarter of next year," Kravchenko added.

The Kyiv Regional Administration is working on creating an online map of Kyiv region's accessibility. The interactive map will contain images of various objects and each will have a barrier-free index.
