The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has supported expanding the powers of heads of military administrations in the Pologovsky and Vasilyevsky city communities of the Zaporozhye region for the period of martial law and 30 days after its end.
This will help to better organize the work of local institutions and ensure the normal functioning of the community during and after martial law. The document was supported by 280 MPs.
This is reported by UNN with Reference to Deputy Alexey Goncharenko.
"Za-280," Goncharenko said.
This solution allows the heads of military administrations to coordinate the work of executive bodies of Local Self-Government, Municipal enterprises, institutions and organizations.
This step aims to strengthen management capabilities in combat conditions and ensure the efficient operation of local infrastructure and resources.
The adoption of the resolution will not affect the revenue or expenditure side of budgets, and will be implemented within the approved budget allocations
