It is noted that the unusual phenomenon was also noticed in Volyn, in Manevychi.
It is noted that the northern lights can usually be observed at polar latitudes of 90-70°, while Ukraine is located at latitudes of 52-44°.
"The opportunity to admire this phenomenon was due to the anticyclone, which caused low clouds and no precipitation. A similar synoptic situation will last until the end of the working week," the report said.
