The ARMA has received into its management the property of the former head of Odesa TCC Yevhen Borysov, which was sought in the Kingdom of Spain. The property has already been seized by a legalized decision of the court of the Kingdom of Spain.

In particular, ARMA received, among other things, property located in the territory of the Kingdom of Spain, including several luxury cars and real estate: a house of 857 square meters (estimated value of EUR 4 million) and an office space of 223.9 square meters (estimated value of EUR 510 thousand).
It is known that the expensive property was acquired during the full-scale war and registered in the names of close relatives of the former head of the Odesa TCC. Consequently, a decision of the court of first instance of Marbella was issued in relation to this seized property complex, which prohibited the owner from disposing of, alienating, transferring or performing any other type of encumbrance of this property.
The restriction was issued by a foreign court as part of the international legal assistance provided by the Prosecutor General's Office.
From now on, the National Agency expects the decision of the Pechersk District Court to be legalized abroad, for which purpose it addressed the Prosecutor General's Office with a letter on November 06, 2024 and expects the procedure for legalizing the decision to begin. ARMA, together with law enforcement agencies, is taking all measures to obtain a result in the interests of the state
After the agency receives a legalized decision from the Marbella court, ARMA will take measures aimed at effective management of the seized property of the former head of the Odesa TCC for its use in the interests of the state.

The SBI detained the former head of the Odesa TCC Borisov after he was released on bail of UAH 39.3 million. He is charged with new offenses, including the organization of obstruction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
