Ukrenergo has announced changes to the schedule of power outages on August 21, one phase of outages will start at 15:30, instead of the previously announced 16:00, UNN reports.
Please note: update on the outages on August 21! Today, on August 21, from 15:30 to 18:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00, one stage of blackouts will be in effect From 18:00 to 22:00, regional power distribution companies will apply two stages of blackouts simultaneously.
