Polish farmers continue to block truck traffic at two checkpoints, allowing several trucks per hour or restricting traffic altogether

- Demchenko said.

According to him, as of today, the blockade is being carried out in the direction of the Yahodyn and Rava-Ruska checkpoints.

Also on April 2, Polish farmers plan to resume blocking in the direction of the Uhryniv-Dolhobyczów checkpoint, where they temporarily suspended their actions on Thursday for the Easter holidays. Currently, traffic is free in both directions. Ukrainian border guards received information about the date of resumption of the blockade from their Polish colleagues

 ," said Demchenko.

He also noted that Polish protesters do not allow trucks to enter Poland at all through Yahodyn and Rava-Ruska.

In recent years, these areas have recorded zero border crossings by trucks leaving Ukraine. Also, an extremely small number of trucks per day leave Poland through Yagodyn. Over the past day, there were 70 of them. Despite the fact that this is the largest infrastructure direction for crossing the border by trucks

- Demchenko said.

Demchenko said that as of this morning, a total of 500 trucks were queuing in Poland on the two blocked routes, 250 in front of each of them.

Cars and buses cross the border freely everywhere, and there are no restrictions on this category of transport on the other side of the border

- Demchenko added.

He also reminded that earlier Polish farmers had stopped blocking truck traffic at the Krakivets, Shehyni, and Ustyluh checkpoints.

These directions are currently experiencing heavy traffic both leaving and entering Ukraine. There are still queues in Poland - 950 trucks at Krakowiec and 600 at Shegynia. However, with the current traffic volume, drivers do not have to stand in lines for weeks

 ," Demchenko said.
