The TCC system is not perfect, but efforts are underway to improve it. The more Ukrainians find the courage to join the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the less chances Russia will have to realize its plans,  no one will be able to "sit out" the war, said the commander of the Land Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Pavlyuk, reports UNN

Details

As Pavliuk pointed out, Russia is trying to sow hostility, panic and distrust of the army among the public.  He emphasized that the military situation is not easy, but it is much more predictable and controlled than it was at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have Western weapons, talented and experienced commanders. The Ukrainian military knows  and understands the enemy's plans.

However, Russian propagandists have made many people believe that mobilization is not about defending their country against the aggressor, but about injustice and violation of rights.

I understand people's desire to live a peaceful life, to travel, to build a career. But there is an objective reality: Russia denies us the right to exist. The enemy understands only the language of force. We have to make him get out of our land. If we do not do this, there will be no peaceful life, no rights and freedoms at all

- emphasized Pavliuk.

He also noted that  most of the TCC employees are yesterday's soldiers who fulfilled their constitutional duty.

What happened? Why are we hiding from them today, why do we allow ourselves to be disrespected, harassed and even beaten up? This is unacceptable. We have no right to let them feel guilty, unnecessary or dangerous in front of those whom they literally saved their lives

- Pavlyuk said.

He acknowledged that the TCC system is not perfect, and they are currently working on improving it. All cases of abuse of power are promptly responded to.

"We will not tolerate the violation of civilians' rights, but we will not allow the rights of the military to be violated either. All citizens of Ukraine must keep a cool head and realize one simple truth: the army and the people are indivisible. Especially during the battle for the existence of the state," emphasized the Land Forces Commander.

Pavliuk also emphasized that if you received a summons or came to the TCC to update your data, it does not mean that tomorrow you will go to storm enemy positions.

"There is a procedure defined by law: passing a military medical commission, as well as additional medical examinations, if there are grounds for this. Everyone who is found fit for service, without exception, is sent to training centers. Basic general military training lasts a month. This is in line with the standards of NATO partner countries (4 weeks). At the same time, we are already implementing an experiment to extend the basic military training to two months," Pavliuk said.

According to him, during this period, experienced instructors will provide all the necessary knowledge and skills: they will teach combat tactics, weapon handling, and first aid.

"Yes, not everything is perfect in the training system. But we respond to all problems and challenges. Our ability to prepare recruits for effective combat operations is no worse than that of most other armies. After completing basic general military training, soldiers are assigned to military units. And not necessarily to combat positions," Pavliuk said.

He pointed out that the Ukrainian Armed Forces need various specialists: drivers, clerks, cooks, construction workers, IT specialists, accountants, doctors, and engineers. The most effective brigades are opening recruiting centers all over Ukraine. There, applicants are accompanied by a separate specialist. They will even give you the opportunity to test yourself and go through a trial period.

The more Ukrainians who find the courage to join the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the less chance Russia will have to realize its bloodthirsty plans. And the sooner Ukrainian cities will return to normal and safe life. That is why I urge Ukrainians to leave emotions behind and not to succumb to provocations. We must realize that no one will be able to sit back. After all, the fate of the country, the fate of our nation, is at stake. russia will not leave anyone alone: neither those who have hidden nor those who have betrayed Ukraine

- Pavlyuk said.
