Pavliuk emphasized that today TCCs and their security companies are mostly staffed by servicemen who fought at the front but were recognized as unfit for further service.
The Land Forces Commander is also outraged that the publications of "illegal actions of the TCC" usually do not show the men's unlawful refusal of their constitutional duty to defend Ukraine.
