Law enforcement officers have identified the Russian commander who ordered the shooting of civilians in Buka, Kyiv region, in March 2022. That was when an employee of the Epicenter company, Iryna Filkina, whose photo with a red manicure went viral. This was reported by UNN with reference to Bucha City Council.
The Investigative Department of the National Police of Ukraine has identified the Russian military officer involved in the murder of Irina Filkina, an employee of the Epicenter company, in Bucha. The suspect is Artem Tareev, born in 1995, commander of the 234th Air Assault Regiment of the 76th Division of the Russian Airborne Forces
According to the investigation, on March 5, 2022, Tarayev ordered to shoot at all civilians who appeared near the intersection of Yablunska and Vodoprovodna streets in Bucha.
On the same day, at about 11:15 a.m., Irina Filkina, who was riding a bicycle, was shot by the Russian military - at least 15 bullets were fired at her from automatic weapons and BMD-2.
In total, according to the investigation, 13 civilians were killed on Yablunska Street as a result of Tareev's order.
