Most of the debtors live in the..:

  • Dnipropetrovs'k region - more than 100 thousand proceedings
  • Kharkiv region - 94.8 thousand;
  • Donetsk region - 79.7 thousand

Non-payment for heating: UAH 258.8 thousand, or 36.9% of all debts. The second place is taken by debts for water supply: 18,6%.
