According to him, at the beginning of the night, from Tu-22M3 aircraft, which had reached the launching positions over the Black Sea, "the Russians sent X-22 missiles towards the south of our region, and later from a Su-30 aircraft they fired an anti-radar missile in the same direction." "The missiles lost their combat capability in the sea," he said.
"Then, around 3 am, the enemy attacked Odesa region with attack drones. 2 Shaheds destroyed our air defense forces. Fortunately, no people were injured," said Kiper.
"In the morning, the enemy launched rocket attacks. Preliminary, there were no casualties. The information will be updated," he noted.
