The Russian army struck at least four times in Kharkiv. According to the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, there are 6 victims, UNN reports.
"The occupiers struck at least 4 times in Kharkiv. In particular, in the central part of the city... There is damage to apartment buildings and cars. There were fires. The details are being established. Emergency services are working on the ground," said Syniehubov.
Later, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration added that medics are providing assistance to six victims.
