“At this stage, work is underway to restore these registers. I would like to emphasize that all the data that was in the registers, which are kept by the Ministry of Justice, can be restored. It is only a matter of time,” said Olga Stefanishyna.
The Minister also noted that the Ministry of Justice will first of all restore the unified register of powers of attorney, the unified register of special forms of notarial documents and the inheritance register, which will ensure proper accounting and minimize the negative consequences of possible incorrect notarial acts during the period when there is no access to the registers,” Stefanishyna said.
In addition, Olga Stefanishyna stated that there is no threat of data loss and no inevitability of the registers' functioning.
