Following the decision to withdraw from Russia and sell the business to CommEX, Binance P2P will stop supporting the Russian ruble (RUB), including the following trading pairs: USDT/RUB, BTC/RUB, FDUSD/RUB, BNB/RUB, ETH/RUB, BUSD/ RUB, and RUB/RUB, effective January 31st 00:00 (UTC)

At the same time, Binance has offered users to conduct P2P trading with the Russian ruble (RUB) on the CommEX platform without commissions. To do so, you will need to connect your CommEX account to your Binance account and transfer assets.

In September of this year , Binance announced that it was withdrawing from Russia. It entered into an agreement to sell all of its Russian business to the crypto exchange company CommEX.
