Teachers refuse to use Russian-language materials, and students prefer Ukrainian-language content. More than 90% of respondents named Ukrainian as their native language and use it in their family circle, educational activities, cultural practices, etc. Therefore, the educational space of schools is increasingly becoming Ukrainianized, and it is worth continuing initiatives that would contribute to positive dynamics of the use of the state language in the educational process
Taras Kremin, Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language, noted that conducting research on the functioning of the state language in the in the educational process during wartime is of great practical importance.
This is not only contribution to understanding the processes that take place in the context of the implementation of language legislation, but also practical activities in defense of national interests. It is noteworthy that positive dynamics are most clearly observed in those schools where there is a clear position of the management on language policy.
