In the self-proclaimed “luhansk people's republic” men will be deprived of Russian citizenship for not being registered for military service. In occupied Rubizhne and Sievierodonetsk, contractors are delaying salaries to construction workers.

The Kremlin passed a law according to which military registration will take place immediately after a man receives a Russian passport. During the check, if a certain surname is not listed in the military registration and enlistment offices, the procedure of deprivation of citizenship will be introduced.

The occupants are dissatisfied with the pace of passportization in the so-called "lPR". Given the new changes, there will be fewer people wishing to become owners of Russian-type documents. Those who received their passports earlier will also be checked for proper records,

It is also reported that in occupied Rubizhne and Sievierodonetsk, contractors do not pay construction workers. Sometimes they give the promised salary with a delay of several months, if the person is still working by the specified time. This applies to both local mercenaries and those who came from Russia to earn extra money. There is nowhere to complain, as mobile communication in the frontline cities is turned off. The occupation administration of these settlements is aware of the problem, but does not intervene.

According to the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Artem Lysohor, a 55-year-old man decided to leave the frontline town of Nevske on August 2 in the morning. He will live in Kharkiv region with his wife. The Luhansk resident is provided with housing, and the Krasnorechensk military administration will help solve other issues of the evacuee if he applies.

The head of the region noted that the Russians continue to destroy the liberated localities with shelling. Makiivka and Nevske are under constant attack. The enemy is using cannon and rocket artillery, drones and aviation.
