In Luhansk region, the liberated settlements are constantly under fire from Russian troops. In the occupied territories, during the Russian "elections", the largest polling station in Lutuhyne had almost empty ballot boxes in the middle of the day, and a mobile polling station in Sievierodonetsk was accompanied by five Russian military. This was reported on Tuesday by the head of the Luhansk DEC Artem Lysogor, UNN reports.

"The liberated settlements are constantly under Russian fire. There is a lot of destruction there. Some are recorded immediately after the shelling, some - later. There are damages to houses in remote areas or in villages where everyone was evacuated long ago. Law enforcers record every case of shelling by Russians as a war crime. Yesterday, the enemy fired artillery at Nevske, Makiivka and Novolyubivka. The occupants tried to conduct an assault to the south of Nevske - near Terny," noted Lysohor on social media.
According to him, "the invaders did everything possible and impossible (the latter was much more) to achieve the maximum turnout." "For example, in Lutuhyne, where the voting took place on the last three days, in the afternoon, there were three almost empty ballot boxes at the largest polling station in the town. The locals guessed the true percentage of turnout, although according to the protocols, almost everyone voted," he said.
"One of the mobile polling stations in Severodonetsk, which was looking for people to vote on the streets of the city, was accompanied by five Russian military officers at once. They did not even ask passers-by for their IDs - they recorded the names of voters from their words," noted Lysogor.
