Today, on April 3, Kuleba arrived at NATO headquarters , where he has already started bilateral meetings.
On April 3-4, Kuleba was reported to visit the headquarters of the North Atlantic Alliance in Brussels and participate in the ministerial meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council.
