Russian troops attacked SES sappers during demining in the Zaporizhzhia district. Two rescuers sustained injuries and received medical aid.

Two sappers were injured as a result of an attack by Russian troops during demining in the Zaporizhzhia district. This was reported by the State Emergency Service, writes UNN.

In the Zaporizhzhia district, SES sappers came under a targeted attack by the Russian Federation during demining: 2 rescuers injured

- the statement reads.

Doctors provided the necessary assistance to the victims.

The SES noted that despite the constant threat, emergency workers continue to perform their work, risking their own lives for the safety of people.
