In Ternopil, during a dispute between two schoolgirls, one of them sustained several stab wounds. As reported by the Ternopil Oblast Police, a fragment of the knife remained in the girl's body; she was hospitalized in intensive care, UNN reports.

According to the police, in one of the residential buildings in the "Novyi Svit" neighborhood, a 15-year-old schoolgirl inflicted stab wounds on her classmate.
The victim was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of a medical facility. During one of the strikes, a fragment of the knife remained in the girl's body.
An investigative-operational group and juvenile police officers are working at the scene. Law enforcement officers and psychologists are speaking with the attacker to establish all the circumstances of the conflict.
Based on this fact, police investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, marked as "attempted murder."
