The Ryazan Oil Refinery, one of the largest oil refining enterprises in Russia, is on fire following an attack in Ryazan, RF; locals are already complaining about "black rain," OSINT analysts report, according to UNN.

On the night of May 15, residents of Ryazan reported a large number of explosions. The governor reported deaths and injuries, as well as damage to houses and an enterprise.
The ASTRA Telegram channel, citing an OSINT analyst, reported that "an oil refinery was damaged in the city" along with two high-rise buildings.
"Ryazan. Ryazan Oil Refinery ... four hotspots are visible to the naked eye, among which two burning vacuum distillation units stand out," reported the OSINT Telegram channel Supernova+.
Residents of Ryazan are already complaining about "black rain" following the attack on the refinery.
The Ryazan Oil Refining Company (RORC) is part of the PJSC Rosneft structure. It is one of the largest oil refining enterprises in Russia, with a capacity of approximately 17 million tons of oil per year. The Ryazan Oil Refinery produces all grades of motor gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, fuel oil, liquefied gases, bitumen, and petrochemical raw materials.
