The headquarters within the Russian Ministry of Energy was created due to the "increase in air attacks" on fuel and energy complex (FEC) enterprises, which lead to "temporary difficulties with fuel supplies" in the south.
It is reported that the headquarters includes "all the largest companies of the Russian FEC" and its task is to "ensure the stable and efficient operation of the entire fuel and energy complex of the country."
