In Lviv, the police have opened criminal proceedings over the infliction of minor bodily harm on a man during a conflict with a TCC notification group, reports UNN citing the Main Department of the National Police in the Lviv region.
According to preliminary information, on July 17 at approximately 4:40 p.m. on Halytska Square, during a conflict between a 34-year-old local resident and TCC servicemen, the man sustained minor bodily injuries. In connection with this incident, investigators of the Lviv District Police Department No. 1 have initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 125 (Intentional Minor Bodily Harm) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
The police added that a pre-trial investigation is currently underway, within the framework of which law enforcement officers are establishing all the circumstances of the incident and providing a legal assessment of the actions of all its participants.
