Ukrainian teenagers who were 17-18 years old — basketball players of the Ukrainian national team who left for Germany in 2023-were killed. The court found it proved that the accused, who at the beginning of the trial were between 14 and 16 years old, insidiously and out of low motives killed two Ukrainians.
At first, the prosecutor's office believed that the reason for the attack could be that the guys came from Ukraine. However, the court stated that the actions of the teenagers were fully conscious, and no xenophobic motives were found.
