Details
Prosecutors proved in court that in September 2022, the head of the pseudo-republic convened and held an extraordinary meeting of the fake council of the "dpr". At the meeting, the illegitimate deputy corps adopted the so-called law "on the referendum of the dpr on the issue of joining the russian Federation."
Pushilin has repeatedly emphasized in the controlled media the need to annex the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region to Russia. Thus, he called for the seizure of Ukrainian territory by Russia.
On the basis of the act signed by the "head", an illegal "people's will" was held in the temporarily occupied territories under the control of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
On September 30, 2022, the leader of the "DPR" signed an "agreement" with the President of the Russian Federation on the quasi-republic and the newly occupied territories of Donetsk region joining the federation, allegedly as a subject.
