The High Anti-Corruption Court has begun considering a preventive measure for the former head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, who is suspected in a case involving the legalization of 460 million UAH in elite construction near Kyiv. The hearing in the case was scheduled for today, May 12. The judge has arrived in the courtroom, and the consideration of the motion has begun.
Earlier, the NABU and SAPO reported that the former head of the OP was served with a notice of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – legalization of property obtained by criminal means.
The SAPO stated that they would request his arrest with an alternative bail of 180 million UAH.
