Guilty of embezzling more than 20 thousand tons of grain worth millions of hryvnias: ex-executives of Lutsk bakery plant imprisoned

The former director of Lutsk Bread Product Plant No. 2 and the former head of the elevator, found guilty of embezzling 26,000 tons of grain worth UAH 56 million belonging to PJSC Agrarian Fund, were sentenced to 10 and 7.5 years in prison, respectively.

The HACCU Appeals Chamber upheld the verdict against the former director of Lutsk Grain-Collecting Station No. 2 and the former head of the elevator: they were found guilty of embezzling property of Agrarian Fund PJSC. Namely, 26 thousand tons of grain totaling UAH 56 million.

This is stated in the report of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, UNN reports .

On March 22, 2024, the HACC Appeals Chamber upheld the HACC verdict of 03/16/2023, which found the former director of Lutsk CCP #2 S. Moskvych and the former head of the elevator L. Tymofiuk guilty of embezzling the property of PJSC Agrarian Fund, namely 26 thousand tons of grain worth UAH 56 million

- the agency said in a statement.

Thus, the sentence of 10 and 7.5 years of imprisonment for former employees of Lutsk KHP No. 2 was upheld.
