The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated more than UAH 2.6 billion provided by the European Commission to provide meals for children in schools. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal after a government meeting, UNN reports .
This will make it possible to provide free hot meals for primary school children in secondary education institutions, taking into account their needs
The prime minister said that the initiative is being implemented as part of the Winter Support program for Ukrainians. Next year, according to Shmyhal, it is planned to expand it to all schoolchildren.
