The tragedy occurred as a result of violation of the rules of operation of the gas boiler. Also, the State Emergency Service announced an emergency situation in one of the apartments of the city of Nikolaev. There, three people were killed in a fire.
The causes of the fire are being determined. Citizens are urged to comply with fire safety rules by using heating devices, gas boilers and stove heating.
