Law enforcement officials warn that Ukrainians have recently been receiving fake messages from alleged supermarkets, which allow fraudsters to gain access to citizens' bank accounts. This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Kyiv, UNN reports.

How do attackers act?
- They send messages to messengers containing a phishing link.
- They offer to follow the link to enter personal data and confirm the transaction in online banking.
- Access accounts.
Law enforcement officers also gave some tips on how to protect yourself and not fall for fraudsters.
- Do not click on dubious links.
- Find out about such promotions on the official website of the chain or directly in the supermarket.
- Do not enter CVV codes, card expiration dates, or other personal or financial information.

The police add that if you do transmit data to fraudsters, immediately block the card and contact the police.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs warned that fraudsters are calling IDP pensionersposing as representatives of the Pension Fund and asking for bank details, allegedly to confirm their identity and continue payments.
