The number of victims of an explosion in a high-rise building in Bila Tserkva has risen to two, UNN reports, citing the State Emergency Service.
"As of 19:45, the death toll from the explosion of an unknown object has increased to 2 (body fragments were found on the third floor of the building)," the statement said.
SES psychologists helped 17 people. The work is ongoing.
