About 20 settlements in Kharkiv region were subjected to artillery, mortar and 6 more to air attacks by Russian troops, including Vovchansk at night, damaging buildings, hangars, an enterprise, a veterinary hospital and vehicles, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, on Wednesday, UNN reports.

According to Syniehubov, about 20 settlements in the Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar attacks: Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove, Guryev Kozachok, Hatyshche, and others. The enemy carried out air strikes on the villages of Muravske, Bologivka, Odnorobivka, Kozacha Lopan, Kupyansk, and Kivsharivka. In particular:
- 23:00 The enemy shelled the town of Vovchansk. A house was damaged. There were no casualties.
- 15:19 In the village of Novyi Korotych, Kharkiv district, two hangars were damaged by S-300 missiles. There are no casualties.
- 13:55 In the village Podoly of Kupyansk district, as a result of hostile strikes, an outbuilding and 2 cars were burning. The fire was extinguished. No casualties were reported.
- 11:00 in the town of Balakliya the territory of a civilian enterprise was damaged as a result of hostile rocket fire. There were no casualties.
- 08:40 In Vovchansk, the building of the veterinary hospital and the outbuilding were damaged by hostile shelling. There was no information about any injuries.
"Ukrainian defenders repelled four enemy attacks in the area of Sinkivka and Tabaivka over the last day," said Synehubov.
