Monitoring groups reported repeated ballistic missile launches from the occupied Crimea.
At 17.42, the Air Force reported a missile fired in the direction of Odesa. Later, Ukrainian telegram channels reported explosions in the city.

"Odesa and Odesa district, please stay in shelters until the curfew is lifted! It is important! The enemy is attacking us with missiles!" - said Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
As UNN reported, the first explosion occurred in Odesa around 17.30.
