The Ministry of Digital Transformation noted that digital tools are now also actively used to monitor the targeted use of funds from American partners.

This year, we have already conducted a survey in Diia for civil servants who received salaries from Direct Budget Support in 2022-2023. We are now preparing to launch the next stage of the survey to increase transparency in the use of budget and donor funds.

- the Ministry of Digital Transformation noted.

At the meeting, officials discussed in detail the projects funded by the USAID Mission to Ukraine under the digitalization track.

🔸 customs clearance of cars in Diya - which will remove the human factor from the process of determining the customs value of a car. We are waiting for a vote from the Parliament.

🔸 eTax - which will create a system for the circulation of alcohol and tobacco and introduce electronic excise stamps. We have recently developed technical requirements for this system.

🔸 eNotary - digitalization has also affected one of the most conservative areas. The first stage of the large-scale Nota project, which was developed by the Ministry of Justice and the Notary Chamber of Ukraine, has already been launched.

The e-court is a part of the State Anti-Corruption Program. The implementation of this system will help minimize corruption risks and make the judiciary more transparent and efficient. A functional audit of the judicial system is currently underway.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation assured that cooperation with partners in the digitalization track will continue in the future to make the Government's work more transparent and strengthen the allies' confidence in Ukraine.
