Four judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal are charged with receiving $35,000 in bribes for lifting the seizure of a private company's assets.

Four judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, who were caught taking bribes to lift the seizure of property from a private company, have been served with suspicion notices, UNN reports citing the SAPO.

Details

Today, four judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal were served with a notice of suspicion for receiving an undue benefit of USD 35 thousand for lifting the seizure of property of a private company. The actions of the suspects are qualified under Part 3 of Article 28, Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As UNN learned from its own sources, these are Yuriy Slyva, Viktor Hlynianyi, Ihor Palenyk and Viacheslav Dziubin.
