The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has arrested the property of MP Oleksandr Dubinsky, his mother and ex-wife. UNN reports this with reference to the court ruling .

The property was seized as part of a pre-trial investigation by the State Bureau of Investigation in a criminal proceeding on money laundering and tax evasion.
The court ruling states that the proceedings were initiated on the basis of a statement by the executive director of the Anti-Corruption Action Center, which shows that Dubinsky and his close relatives (mother and wife) have owned 24 apartments, 17 cars, 2 houses and 70 acres of land totaling about $2.5 million over the past few years. At the same time, the official income of Dubinsky and his close relatives could not allow them to acquire such a large amount of property.

Among other things, the statement says that Dubinsky purchased 2 apartments worth $100,000 in the penthouse of the 5-star Fairmont Grand Hotel in the capital's Podil district, 6 land plots in the village of Krym. He wanted a land plot near Kyiv, on two of which he built a mansion, a land plot with a house in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv, an apartment in the elite residential complex French Quarter in the Pecherskyi district of Kyiv, and an apartment in the Teremkyi estate in Kyiv. As of November 2019, the MP owned 7 cars, including Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen, Honda and Subaru.
Dubinsky's mother is a pensioner who has owned 19 properties worth about a million dollars over the past five years. She also owns 2 Mercedes-Benz cars, 2 BMW cars, a Toyota Land Cruiser, a Maserati Coupe Cambiocorsa and a ZAZ Vida.
The MP's ex-wife owns 7 apartments in Kyiv, most of which are located next to Dubinsky's apartments. In total, over the past few years, she has become the owner of real estate worth more than $300 thousand. At the same time, her official place of work is the position of Marketing Director of the NGO "Financial Development League", which was founded by Dubinsky himself.

During the pre-trial investigation in the said proceedings, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption conducted a full check of the declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state and local self-government, annual for 2020 (corrected), submitted by the MP.
The official income of the family for the period from 2003 to 2022 amounted to UAH 19.57 million, the total value of the property of Dubinskyi, his mother and ex-wife is USD 2.5 million (approximately UAH 57.85 million), which is almost three times more than the officially received income.
