President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced a decision to simplify the mechanism for obtaining officer ranks for military personnel with combat experience, UNN reports.
"Today, we have a solution that helps our army become more modern and realize the experience of defense now - the experience of this war. We have simplified the process of obtaining officer ranks for soldiers and sergeants with combat experience, and these are the right social elevators for the army," the President said in his evening address.
