Bulgarian Defense Minister Dimitar Stoyanov stated that his country will no longer supply weapons to Ukraine. He added that Ukraine "needs more people, not more weapons."
Also, UNN reported that in Bulgaria, the pro-Russian party "Revival" submitted a draft resolution to parliament on terminating the 10-year security agreement with Ukraine.
