Bohdan Kukura has become the chairman of the board of Ukrnafta, UNN reports with reference to Naftogaz's statement.
Ukrnafta, which is part of the Naftogaz Group, has a new head. He is Bohdan Kukura, the winner of an open competitive selection for the position of chairman of the company's board.
The company notes that the competition was held in accordance with international OECD corporate governance standards and lasted since August. A professional recruiting agency was involved in the process, and the winner was approved by the company's Supervisory Board.
The Naftogaz Group, as stated in the message, as one of Ukrnafta's shareholders, expects full implementation of all strategic and operational tasks defined by the Government of Ukraine.
