Blogger Anna Krivuts exposed for selling humanitarian vehicles intended for the AFU; investigative actions are ongoing

Anna Krivuts is suspected of selling vehicles imported as humanitarian aid for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The SBU and police are conducting investigative actions regarding the activities of her foundation.

The Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine are conducting investigative actions regarding the scandalous car blogger and head of the "Front Line" charitable foundation, Anna Krivuts. The blogger registered cars as "humanitarian aid," which she later sold, UNN reports, citing sources.

According to a source, the car blogger from Kharkiv and head of the "Front Line" CF, Anna Krivuts, is suspected of car smuggling. 

The so-called volunteer registered cars as "humanitarian aid," meaning without customs duties, but instead of handing them over to the military, she sold them. Law enforcement officers are preparing a notice of suspicion for her,

Searches are being conducted as part of criminal proceedings under Art. 201-4 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Smuggling of excisable goods). 

The sanction of the article provides for a fine in the amount of twenty thousand to forty thousand tax-free minimum incomes of citizens (from 340,000 to 680,000 hryvnias) or imprisonment for a term of three to six years.

Addendum 

Anna Krivuts is the founder of the "Front Line" charitable foundation. According to media reports, in 2025, Krivuts launched a scheme for trading cars intended for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Specifically, media outlets wrote that the foundation systematically appropriates and illegally sells vehicles imported into Ukraine as humanitarian aid for the needs of the Armed Forces. Instead of being transferred to the front, the cars, exempt from customs duties, are concentrated at special sites and sold commercially.

Media also reported that in 2018, the State Fiscal Service imposed a fine of 1.75 million hryvnias on Krivuts. The woman was accused of evading customs taxes.

A large-scale scheme for the illegal import of cars under the guise of humanitarian aid for the AFU was exposed in Ukraine. According to the investigation, the suspects brought more than 4,700 cars into the country through charitable organizations, after which they sold them via the internet and messengers for profit.
