U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that the Islamic State terrorist group remains a potentially powerful force that must be combated. Anthony Blinken also expressed his regret over the loss of life due to the shooting near Moscow.
"It's a very unfortunate reminder that we have to continue to fight ISIS and make sure it doesn't resurface," Blinken concluded.

The US confirms that the Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall.
The Russian leadership is trying to somehow connect Ukraine with the Islamic State terrorists in order to blame it for the deadly shooting in the Russian Crocus City Hall
However, US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said that the United States excludes any involvement of Ukraine in the Crocus City terrorist attack.
According to the latest data from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, 120 people died as a result of the shooting at Crocus City Hall.
