The agency added that it will continue to resolutely defend the sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine for as long as necessary.
In view of this, since February 22, 2022 the Russian ambassador has been summoned more than 10 times. We, of course, reserve the right to the right to make further summonses (of the ambassador - ed.)
The statement also emphasized that Austria has supported and joined all 12 EU sanctions packages since the beginning of the war, and the country is ready to take further measures in the future, in particular to prevent the circumvention of sanctions and close loopholes.
The country's foreign ministry recalled the important and comprehensive contribution of Austria to support Ukraine and especially the affected neighboring countries.
