As part of the preparations for the new school year, almost all educational institutions in Brovary are completing the arrangement of shelters. This includes major repairs, upgrades to various networks, replacement of doors, and installation of warning systems. This was stated by the mayor of Brovary, Ihor Sapozhko, in a commentary to UNN.
For us, the most important thing is that schoolchildren and kindergarteners feel safe during the learning process. It is clear that children should feel comfortable in classrooms, playrooms, canteens, gyms, and shelters. That is why we started various works after the last bell rang. In particular, Lyceums No. 10 and No. 11 have undergone major repairs of their shelters, and Lyceum No. 5 has undergone major repairs of an additional shelter. In the other lyceums, power grids, ventilation systems, warning systems are being replaced and updated, and entrances to the shelters are being arranged. We have also carried out routine repairs of shelters in most of the community's kindergartens

Additionally
Educational institutions are working to strengthen energy saving measures.
"As of the beginning of August, the attic insulation works have already been completed at Kalynka and Dyvosvit kindergartens and Lyceums No. 3 and No. 10. In addition, these two kindergartens and Lyceum No. 3 will also have their facades insulated, heat flow control systems modernized, and 10 kW solar power plants installed. The Kapitoshka kindergarten has an automatic heat flow control system with a dispatching and remote control system," said Igor Sapozhko.
