An exhibition of Russian arms dealer Viktor Booth, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison in the United States, has opened in Sevastopol. This is reported by Krym.Realii, according to UNN.

The exhibition featured paintings that the convicted Viktor Booth allegedly painted during his imprisonment in the United States, as well as his personal belongings. According to the occupying head of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, Booth also met with students of Sevastopol University.
Context
Victor Booth was sentenced in the United States in 2012 to 25 years in prison for preparing to sell weapons to Colombian anti-government armed groups. In the United States, he was called a "merchant of death" and one of the most notorious arms suppliers to conflict zones. He pleaded not guilty. On December 8, 2022, in the UAE, Booth was exchanged for American basketball player Brittney Griner, convicted in Russia on drug trafficking charges. After that, Viktor Bout was included in the Russian Liberal Democratic Party.
