"According to preliminary information, the 30-year-old driver of a Tesla did not give way and collided with a boy on an electric scooter. As a result of the accident, the 17-year-old boy was taken by his father to the Okhmatdyt hospital with injuries," the police said.
Investigators of the Boryspil Police Department of Kyiv Region opened criminal proceedings over the incident (Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
