During the past day, July 17, 276 combat engagements occurred on the front line. The enemy carried out three missile strikes using four missiles and 93 airstrikes, during which they dropped 265 guided aerial bombs. This was reported by UNN citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The occupiers also used 10,252 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,117 shellings of settlements and positions of Ukrainian troops, including 30 from multiple launch rocket systems.
Aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck twenty areas of concentration of enemy personnel, three artillery systems and five control points of unmanned aerial vehicles.
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions over the past day, Ukrainian defenders stopped four enemy assaults. At the same time, the aggressor carried out three airstrikes using seven guided aerial bombs and conducted 54 shellings of positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements, including one using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian units repelled seventeen enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance in the areas of Vilchi, Kozacha Lopan and Lyman, as well as in the directions of Izbystke and Synelnykove.
In the Kupiansk direction, one enemy attempt to attack in the direction of Shyikivka was recorded.
Attempts to penetrate the Ukrainian defense were repelled in the Lyman direction, where the occupiers attacked 21 times in the areas of Lyman and Ozerne, as well as in the directions of Novoselivka, Drobysheve and Yampil.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy carried out 23 assault actions in the areas of Kryva Luka, Zakitne and Riznykivka, as well as in the direction of Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked six times in the directions of the settlements of Malynivka and Nykyforivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, nineteen attacks were recorded. The occupiers conducted assault actions in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia and Illinivka, as well as in the directions of Molocharka and Rusyniv Yar.
The largest number of assault actions was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders stopped 43 attacks. The enemy's fire activity and assaults were recorded in the directions of Novopavlivka, Sofiivka, Toretske, Bilytske, Novyi Donbas, Bilozerske, Shevchenko, Hryshyne, Myrne, Vasylivka, Serhiivka, Udachne and Molodetske.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders carried out one assault in the direction of the settlement of Berezove.
In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers attacked 31 times. The enemy tried to advance in the directions of Kosivtseve, Verkhnia Tersa, Tsvitkove, Hirke, Olenokostiantynivka, Vozdvyzhivka and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped two attempts by the enemy to advance in the directions of Novoandriivka and Prymorske.
In the Dnipro direction over the past day, the enemy did not conduct assault actions.
Losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1,420 people. Also, three tanks, ten armored combat vehicles, 85 artillery systems, three multiple launch rocket systems, six air defense systems, five cruise missiles, one aircraft, eleven ground robotic complexes, 1,914 unmanned aerial vehicles, 526 units of automotive equipment and four units of special equipment of the enemy were neutralized.
