In the Russian city of Irkutsk, 18 cars, including a passenger bus, collided due to an accident on a water pipeline. One person sought medical assistance, according to Russian media, UNN reports.

According to preliminary information, a pipe burst on the street, the water quickly froze, turning the road into a skating rink. Drivers did not have time to slow down and collided with each other. One person needed medical assistance.
The road is closed in both directions, emergency services are working at the scene.
