President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has instructed the structures involved in exchanges, namely the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to communicate as actively as possible with the relatives of Ukrainian prisoners, explaining to them how exchange lists are formed and who can be returned now. Zelensky said this in his evening address, UNN reports.
"Today, the Stavka has instructed the structures involved in exchanges, namely the GUR, SBU and MIA, to communicate as actively as possible with the relatives of Ukrainian prisoners. To explain to them transparently how the exchange lists are formed and who can be returned now. In general, we have been instructed to present a clear strategy for the return of our people from Russian captivity. There should be a report on this at the next meeting," Zelenskyy said.
