Ukrzaliznytsia has not been able to recover from the largest cyber attack for almost a week. Despite the efforts of specialists, the carrier's website and online application still do not demonstrate uninterrupted operation.
Currently, it is not yet possible to purchase tickets in the carrier's online application. When you try to open the application, a message appears stating that the service is overloaded.
There are also interruptions on the Ukrzaliznytsia website. When searching for the necessary tickets, a message appears stating that there are no flights in any direction.
Earlier, UNN wrote that "Ukrzaliznytsia" reported on the resumption of online ticket sales, but Ukrainians complain about problems when buying online tickets, returning purchased train tickets and disrupting the operation of other functions of the application.
