Ukrainian women refused for the second time to take a joint photo with "neutral" athletes at the Artistic Swimming World Cup in Soma Bay (Egypt), the Ministry of Youth and Sports reported on Saturday, after a similar recent move by a 13-year-old Ukrainian karateka, writes UNN.

Ukrainians - silver medalists in the technical program among duets Daria Moshynska and Anastasia Shmonina ignored the attempt of Russians Maya Doroshko and Tatyana Gaidai to shake their hands at the award ceremony, and left the podium before the photo shoot of the medalists.
Earlier, silver medalist in the technical solo Daria Moshynska also refused the protocol photo shoot, which also involved a "neutral" Belarusian.

"Our athletes invariably demonstrate to the world sports community that they do not shake hands or take pictures with representatives of aggressor countries, with whom, unfortunately, they have to compete in international competitions," the Ministry of Youth and Sports emphasized.
